Graduate Research Forum 2024 In-Person / Online

The Library's Graduate Research Forum is back again with student presentations on research and writing tools and strategies, and, for the first time, the Forum is thrilled to have a faculty presenter, Dr. Matthew Milliner (Professor of Art), who will offer a clear-eyed account of the dissertation from start to published product and reception. 

In-Person location: 5th floor, Billy Graham Hall, Room 534

  • “Tales of Woe: Publishing Horror Stories to Chill the Soul” Professor of Art, Dr. Matthew Milliner (Ph.D. Princeton)
  • "Researching Well and Reading Well: On Rabbits, Foxes, and Zotero" - Jacob Raju (Ph.D. student) discusses his use of Research Rabbit, Foxit Editor, and Zotero.
  •  “Of Blackwings and Bavincks: Organic Research in a Technological World” Josh McQuaid (Ph.D. student) discusses the old school research methods he just can’t quit, and the technological resources that have earned his (reluctant) trust.
