Foundations Student Success Series In-Person

Join us the first Wednesday of every month for food, friends, and key tools for college success! Each session will begin with a presentation focused on a specific academic skill.

November 6: Notetaking for Deep Learning

Taking notes effectively is crucial for capturing and retaining key information and aiding in comprehension and recall. Join Dr Ray Phinney, Associate Professor of Psychology, to learn about strategies to equip you to take notes effectively and maximize your understanding.

Chick-fil-A will be served!!

  • 6:00 PM : Dinner
  • 6:30 - 7 PM: Writing center consultants, library research help, and academic peer mentors are available for questions or to help set up appointments
